As Medical Director at Panacea Care, he ensures that all Panacea Care members receive the best medical care available. Dr Darcy’s career spans many years and includes extensive experience in pre-hospital emergency care, as well as his roles: in one of Dublin’s busiest Emergency Departments as an Emergency Physician Responder for the National Ambulance Service & Dublin Fire Brigade Medical Director Codeblue Events Department Medical Director Codeblue Medical Centre Dr Darcy qualified with an MBBS from the University of London. He completed his higher training in Emergency Medicine in Ireland and completed the first Fellowship in Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine in Ireland. He also has a particular interest in Clinical Toxicology and has been awarded a Master of Science Degree and a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Toxicology. Dr Darcy has also been a member of the Medicine Advisory Committee of the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council of Ireland.
